Description

Golf's Steak House is now hiring 6 full-time Food Service Supervisors.

Functions:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff members who prepare, portion & serve food
- Ensure quality control standards
- Plan menu offerings and estimate food & labor cost
- Ensure optimal supply & re-order of food supplies & ingredients
- Establish goodwill among restaurant guests & patrons through prompt and courteous serving of orders
- Ensure continuing training and skill upgrading of food servers

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in food service
- Completion of Secondary Schooling
- Willing to work alternating and weekend shifts
