Description
This is an entry-level position and is most suitable to recent graduates of a two year Information technology course of study.
Please note that any applicants for this position MUST have all of their documentation to work in Canada in place.
In this position you will be required to respond to IT service requests and manage these requests to resolution within standard timeframes, including but not limited to troubleshooting basic network, printer, PC hardware, Windows and application software issues. Relevant post-secondary eduation from an accredited institution; A+ and Network+ certification (or ability to obtain these certifications within 18 months); Knowledge of LANs, PC hardware, Windows operating systems (XP to Windows 7) and Microsoft Office; Beneficial knowledge: VMware vSphere 4.1, Windows Server 2003/2008R2, SQL Server 2005, Great Plains, Exact MAX, Fortigate, Crystal Reports, Secunia CSI, Manager+, Solidworks.
