Description
On behalf of our Saskatoon client, Kelly services is looking for a qualified and educated candidate to fill a Help Desk position with a minimum of 6 months of related work experience.
The successful candidate would have the follow qualifications:
A+ Certified
Certifications in IBM and HP repair preferred
diagnose and repair Windows XP and Windows 7 OS
MS-Office 2007 / 2010 setup / configuration and troubleshooting
Outlook email setup / configuration and troubleshooting
Installing computer hardware and software products
Intermediate-level knowledge of network infrastructure
