We are currently seeking a Furniture Repair Specialist (In Home) for our Regina Location.
Repairs and refinishes furniture in customers homes (or at the distribution centre)
Inspects to assess if product can be repaired or must be replaced
Restores product to like new condition using proven techniques, including refinishing, re-upholstery, painting, etc.
Repairs the damage to wood, fabric, leather and metal furniture using the latest methods
Answers customers questions during in-home repairs
Documentation and completion of reports (service reports)
High school diploma with two years practical work experience in furniture repair
Valid Class 5 Drivers license with clean Drivers abstract
Criminal Record Check required
Able to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs
Able to lift and move heavy objects up to 100 lbs
