Qualifications:
1. Minimum education: 4th year Education student and/or experienced in developing lesson plans.
2. Technical competence including:
a. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Motivated and goal oriented.
4. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Job Purpose Summary: To develop a series of activity guides (a series of projects similar to lesson plans) for youth.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Develop a series of activity guides for youth.
2. Research various topics and develop projects for a non-profit youth organization.
3. Strong research/curriculum/lesson plan writing ability.
4. Excellent time management skills.
5. Focused to ensure information is accurate.
6. Independent, organized and proactive in order to ensure goals and objectives are met.
7. Diplomatic team player in order to promote a positive work environment.
8. Other responsibilities as required.
Ensure that client projects are completed efficiently by:
1. Working under the direction of the Project Managers to ensure Activity Guides are completed on time as per the project schedule and budget.
2. Working on site as well as remotely, but maintaining accessibility for contact and clarification as needed.
3. Accountable for client commitments and level of quality.
4. Being a team player within the workplace.
