The Department Manager will display excellence in customer service, assigned department products, and supervisory experience.
This opportunity is available to those who demonstrate:
- 2+ years of experience in a retail setting with 1+ year(s) in a supervisory capacity
- Evening and weekend availability
- Physical ability to lift 50 Lbs. independently
Priority will be given to those whose resume displays previous retail Management experience.

- Leadership and direction of 3-4 Department staff members
- Stock and reposition shelves within the assigned Department as required
- Know the store, departments, and product availability to efficiently respond to customer inquiries regardless of location within the store
- Provide insightful input to ordering based on customer demands within the assigned Department
