zu is seeking an innovative Design Strategist to join our team.
We are looking for someone with a strong sense of creativity who
also excels in the planning and design of information. Someone
with a passion for user experience, who embodies strategy and
design, from research and planning to conceptual design and
production. Someone who is strongly collaborative, team-
oriented and self-motivated. Someone with great communication
skills, who excels at simplifying the complex.

Responsibilities:
-Fuse business strategy with creative brilliance to mold amazing
solutions for our clients across web sites, web apps, and mobile
apps.
-Determine scope by providing support with initial requirements
gathering.
- Form recommendations with user research, competitive
research, and industry research.
- Communicate with wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps.
- Rock their socks off with incredibly usable, gorgeous UI
conceptsthat we can deliver on time and on budget.
- Fight for the user by leading usability testing, providing
guidance to the team on usability issues, and giving feedback in
product demos.
- Keep us getting better by collaborating with and mentoring
teammates, and providing unique insight in team problem
solving.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human Factors, Interaction
Design or equivalent combination of education and professional
work experience.

Five years experience in UI design and/or information
architecture with strong strategic and tactical capabilities.

Requirements:

Selected candidate will work in our Saskatoon office
Experience or familiarity with Agile is an asset
