The Store Manager is responsible for the completion, submission, maintenance and review of all store, inventory and payroll related reports. They conduct regular sales and training team meetings and provide exceptional customer service. With the DSM, they recruit new staff members for their location to meet staffing requirements and effective sales floor coverage.
