Description

FACILITY/LOCATION: Meadow Lake Ambulance Services

DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM: Ambulance

CLASSIFICATION: EMT (Emergency Medical Technician - PCP)

STATUS:    Casual  No guaranteed hours

HOURS OF WORK: 12 hours shifts plus 24 hour standby assignment

RATE OF PAY: As per HSAS/SAHO Collective Agreement MA rates - ($25.169 -$30.775 /hour)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Current Emergency Medical Technician registration with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
Class 4 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Current CPR level C
Knowledge of and ability to operate all related equipment and to work with supplies in a safe manner, Knowledge of WHMIS an asset, Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as a team.
Medically fit to perform all duties

For Information purposes: No guaranteed hours, 12 hour shifts plus 24 hour standby assignments
