Description
Operating the latest, state-of-the-art farm equipment available and working with the Farm Manager, the Farm Foreman will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the farm and the Seasonal Workers assigned to that farming region. Will diagnose and trouble shoot mechanical and onboard computer issues on a daily basis. Assist with planning and scheduling, quality control and production records. Operating equipment on an as needed basis (120 foot sprayers, swathers and Class 9 combines). Minimum 5 years direct farming experience and proven leadership qualities.
