Description
Duties include:
-Teaching dance technique and artistic interpretation to amateur
and professional individuals and groups.
-Teaching competitive and recreational dance lessons in ballet,
tap, jazz and contemporary, and acro.
-Developing and teaching routines to students for competition.
-Preparing students for dance examinations.
-Preparing dance students for competition.
Applicants must have 3 years of teaching & professional
performing experience, Canadian Dance Teachers Association
member certificate , ADAPT Teaching certificate
and or RAD Certification an asset. Applicants must be fluent in
English.
Employer offers three weeks of vacation/year and $250.00
continuing education bonus.
