Nurse A (Registered Nurse - RN/ Registered Psychiatric Nurse - RPN)
Facility: Weyburn Special Care Home
Hours of work: 144 Total Hours Per 6 Week Rotation (18 shifts of 8 hours)
Start Date: June 22, 2012
Closing Date: When filled.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Current registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan and current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
-Basic computer skills and technical ability to operate computerized equipment.
-Functions in a cooperative team environment.
Experience: 2 years experience in an acute or long term care setting preferred.
Applications must be received in Human Resources by 4:30PM on closing date. Part time hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statuatory holiday is recognized during that period. Preference for this position will be given to Saskatchewan Union of Nurses members in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 27.04 of the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations / Saskatchewan Union of Nurses Collective Agreement.
