As the Flight Training Manager:
YOU will develop, deliver, and coordinate all flight crew training using various mediums.
YOU will create and maintain an in house training syllabus for various aircraft.
YOU will provide general oversight of the flight training simulator.
YOU will possess:
A current or previously held Class I Instrument Rating
A current or previously held ATPL would be an asset
University or college training would be an asset
Previous experience in a two crew environment
Working knowledge of Transport Canada requirements
