Eagle's Nest Youth Ranch provides 24 hour quality care, counseling and therapeutic social and educational programs to 86 of our most vulnerable youth in 3 Saskatchewan cities (Prince Albert, Saskatoon, North Battleford). We work collaboratively with youth, families, and community groups to facilitate individual growth and social change that will improve the lives of youth and families in our communities. Youth are provided with a home environment where caring adults provide routines and limits, nurturing and understanding, and teach values and skills required for successful living.
We need Youth Care Workers for our group home in North Battleford to provide care, nurturing, therapeutic interventions & programming to youth.
Requirements include post secondary education in Social Work, YCW, Counseling or other related disciplines or 1-2 years previous work experience in human services.
A clear criminal record check, clear child abuse registry check, & valid driver's license, & transportation are required at time of interview. In addition, we will need a minumum of three work related references.
Casual positions range from $16.59 to $22.06/hour and part- & full-time positions range from $18.60 to $25.11/hour, depending on education & experience.
