Description
Reporting to the Services Supervisor, this temporary position is responsible for maintenance and repair to water, sewer, oil, gas, propane and refrigeration equipment.
General responsibilities include:
Performing new installations and modifications to existing on-site facilities.
Acting as a relief for the mill pipefitter, as required.
Responsible for adherence to codes.
Qualifications for the position include:
Must have interprovincial Journeyperson pipefitter or plumber's ticket.
Saskatchewan General Gas Fitter's ticket is mandatory.
Industrial maintenance experience is an asset.
Graduation from a recognized technical school or an equivalent amount of industry experience may be considered.
Furnace and refrigeration training certificate or experience is an asset.
Level 2 Water Treatment and Distribution Certification is an asset.
Experience with industrial piping materials such as sclair, CPVC, stainless steel and Victaulic piping is an asset.
Ability to follow piping diagrams is an asset.
Efforts/Demands of the Position:
Must be able to perform shift work.
Work Location & Schedule: McClean Lake 7 in / 7 out - 77 hours/week
