Description

Facility: All Areas in the Cypress Health Region.  
Additional positions may be available at some locations.
Location:  Home Care Nursing - Swift Current, Gull Lake, Herbert, Hodgeville, Cabri, Ponteix, Maple Creek, Leader, Climax, Shaunavon, Eastend, Frontier

Shifts:  Consists of day, evening and night shifts.

JOB SUMMARY:
-Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning.
-Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Continuing Care Assistant Certificate

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
-Basic computer skills, where required by the job
-Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
-Ability to work independently
-Valid driver's license, where required
-Food Safe Training

EXPERIENCE:  No previous experience

Criminal Record Check Requirement:  The successful candidate shall be required to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check including a vulnerable sector query as a condition of employment.
