Description
Looking for a healthy, responsible pro-active
individual to care for duties around several
different rental complexes. Individual will have
general maintenance skills, be able to drive, be
able to communicate effectively in English, have
good writing skills, and will have a knowledge of
how to perform common tasks related to grounds and
building maintenance. Tasks that will be expected
will include painting, drywall repair, garbage
removal, minor plumbing fixes, minor electrical
fixes, grounds work, and other duties.
