Northlands College is seeking an Institutional Cooking Instructor in Buffalo Narrows from August 27, 2012 to February 15, 2013 for 114 instructional days.
As the Instructor in this program, you will plan and deliver lecture and hands on instruction to students, evaluate student performance, keep inventory of equipment, organize and supervise kitchen activity, and participate in program development.
Applicants must have a grade twelve or equivalent, a Journeyperson Certificate in Cooking, two years post-journeyperson recent/relevant cooking experience. The applicant must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, experience working in a cross-cultural adult education setting, and possess instructional ability.
