Further strengthen your leadership qualities in this supervisory role which would be ideal for an applicant with a successful track record in Planning schedules to meet distribution requirements, Overseeing maintenance work, Developing & implementing health & safety plans while maintaining quality standards, Communicating with difference departments & outside vendors.
REQUIREMENTS:
-5+ years of Operations experience in a Manufacturing or Industrial environment
-Professional background in Logistics/Distribution/Supply Chain could be considered
-Knowledge of the construction industry & / or concrete, aggregates an asset
-Previous experience in managing safety programs & handling budgetary responsibilities
-Superior supervisory & customer service skills
