Customer Service Representative
Anderson Pump House Ltd.in Prince Albert has a
current opening for an enthusiastic, self
motivated individual with above average
interpersonal and sales skills to join our
Customer Service team.
Anderson Pump House is a distributor for several
pump manufacturers, many water system accessory
products, a wide range of water treatment
equipment, a complete line of turf irrigation
equipment and wholesale plumbing products. We sell
and service the broadest range of water system
products available anywhere in Saskatchewan.
Your duties;
Assess customer needs
Sell product to customers
Provide outstanding customer service toward the
goal of
complete customer satisfaction
Invoice materials and provide quotations
Keep a current knowledge of our customers and
accounts
Maintain an orderly work area
You must have;
Good telephone skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills, specifically windows based
programs
Sales experience
Some mechanical knowledge
Ability to work independently, and in a team
atmosphere
Strong problem solving ability
Valid Driver's license
Experience in a water related industry would be an
asset, but not necessary
