Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and guest interaction.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices.

PERSONAL SUITABILITY:

CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
Must consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee
Must obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA),
Must be 19 years of age or older

OTHER INFORMATION:
Irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
Could be exposed to tobacco smoke, high noise levels and sharp objects
Congested workplace
Strict dress code
Heat (hot meals and beverages, steam)
Walking/Standing (continual except for breaks)
Balancing while carrying uneven or variable weights
Coordination of fine movements (POS terminal, side work)
Lifting/Carrying (15 - 50 lbs)
Push/Pull/Move (up to 50lbs, event tables and equipment, beverage carts)
Reaching/Stretching/Bending (delivering food to guests, bussing/setting tables, getting supplies
