huge range of services that remediate conditions caused by fires,
floods, winds, mold, environmental hazards, accidents and other
types of disasters.
Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
Ensure that the company health and safety policies and
procedures are followed for residential, commercial & industrial
clients. Attending to emergency services scenes which require
water, fire & smoke damage restoration. Learn and practice
standard operating procedures for water remediation, mould,
asbestos. Look for opportunities to mitigate further damage and
discuss with Project Manager. Learn and know contents handling
procedures as per standard operating procedures.
Physical duties include removal of damaged drywall, carpets and
other home or commercial contents. Packaging and movement
of contents as required. Cleaning of disaster-contaminated
(smoke, water, mould etc) structures and contents, both on-site
and in our state-of-the-art contents facility.
A multi-tasker - you are thorough, flexible and well-organized.

- Valid drivers licence a strong benefit - provision of clean
driver's abstract
- presentation of a recent clean criminal record check is
mandatory
