We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to develop and manage a productive store that increases sales and market share by developing key customer accounts
- Is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the dealership (parts, service, and admin) to maximize return on investment
- Is responsible for leading a team to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing sales profitability and exercising disciplined expense control
- Works with General Management of the dealership to establish objectives for the store to achieve performance expectations
We will give preference to individuals with:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in equipment dealership operations
- Strong personal sales ability including objection management
- Previous experience with John Deere and competitive products
- Exceptional leadership skills as well as strong decision making and communication skills
