Contribute to the development & maintenance of effective enterprise-wide communications strategies and initiatives by maintaining, researching and recommending enhancements to systems, tools, standards, policies, procedures, and process changes to continually improve communications effectiveness for corporate-wide benefit
Contribute to a constructive corporate culture, professional corporate image and operational efficiency of Concentra by:
o Planning and developing communications to effectively manage change, inform stakeholders, or promote Concentra
o Collaborating with and providing recommendations to internal stakeholders in identifying: key audiences & messaging; sensitivities; and resource & tactical requirements (timeframes, delivery mediums, etc.) for corporate communications
o Documentation of and obtaining approval for execution of strategic and tactical communications plans
o Researching, writing, editing and reviewing a broad variety of internal and external communications such as speeches, media relations and publicity, publications and periodicals, client and marketing communications and advertising
o Monitor, evaluate and report on communications projects to project stakeholders and Manager
Contribute to meeting department and business plan deliverables by assisting in the planning and budget process and leading efforts to maximize cost effectiveness through innovation, efficiency and process refinements.
Provide leadership, coaching and development of team members
