Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing Process Designer) will plan and design a manufacturing processes in a machinery/industrial equipment manufacturing plant.


Duties & Responsibilities:

-Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of process equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
-Documents process methods and maintains operation process documentation.
-Determines facility requirements and tools needed in order to acheive manufacturing goals according to product specifications.


Qualifications:

-Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures used within machinery and equipment manufacturing.High level of customer focus
-Must have 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a related field.  
-Capable of working under limited immediate supervision.
-Project management skills an assset.
-Engineering degree or technologist diploma required.
-Excellent organization skills
