Description

Full Time Guest Services Attendant Position
available at Northern Cross Resort - 13 km west of
Goodsoil.  Main duties would include: Attendant
Escort incoming guests to their rooms, check rooms
to ensure they are in order, offer information
regarding features the facilities, services of
hotel and points of interest, assist guests with
special needs, attend to group arrivals and
departures, receive and deliver items and messages
for guests, handle guest complaints and requests,
answering phone, mail and email queries, taking
messages for the resort manager/front desk clerk.
Other duties may include: stocking and facing
shelves, ordering supplies, keeping the store and
recreation room tidy and cleaning, organizing and
maintaining the lodge kitchen, storage room and
washroom.  One busy summer days the applicant may
be required to assist housekeeping with cabins,
show house and campground toilets.
Approximate length of employment would be February
to November.
Applicant may be required to work irregular hours.
