Description
Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon, a division of FFun Enterprises Inc. and the FFun Motor Group, is inviting applications for the position of SHIPPER/RECEIVER. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, permanent position. As an integral member of the Parts Department team, reporting to the Parts Manager, the Shipper/Receiver's responibilities include:
- Receiving parts orders
- Pick up and delivery of automotive parts - Saskatoon and area
- Picking orders for shipment
- Packaging of parts for shipment
- Communicating with Freight Companies for out-of-town shipments
- Stocking shelves
- mainaining a clean and efficient work area
QUALIFICATIONS:
- related experience is preferred
- valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and clean abstract
- friendly, outgoing, mature
- good communication skills with a friendly and helpful approach
- highly organized and logical
- commitment to accuracy and efficiency with a sense of urgency
- able to do lifting (100 lbs) and heavy pushing (pallet jack)
- must be positive, cheery and cooperative
- must look, communicate and act professionally as an ambassador of Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon and the FFun Group.
