The Dietary Manager's primary responsibility to develop and lead a competent team in the daily creation and serving of three nutritious and appetizing meals for residents.
-Journeyperson papers; WHMIS training; Food Handling Safety course required.
-Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred (or working in a companies kitchen department for at least 1 year)
-Excellent physical health (standing and walking during most of the day is required)
-Willingness to accept responsibility for performance.

-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Openess to new ideas and adventurous in creating and implementing new ideas for the kitchen department and facility as a whole.
