Description
Under the direction of the Director of Rural Health Facilities, this out-of-scope position is responsible for the coordination of all services (acute care, emergent, and long-term care in a Primary Care environment) as well as the day-to-day management functions for the Riverside Health Complex.
Preference will be given to applicants eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association and those applicants who have considerable related nursing and/or management experience in a unionized environment. Consideration will also be given to applicants with an Administrative or Health Science Degree/Diploma. Excellent verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are a must. The individual must be able to establish and maintain good working relations with regional employees, physicians and community stakeholders. The ability to independently establish priorities and meet deadlines is essential.
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Out-of-Scope Management Compensation Plan.
