Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking an Senior Financial Analyst at our Esterhazy, SK location. The successful candidate will be The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis and accounting services to the Esterhazy facilities and will be responsible for leading the accounting and management reporting for Sustaining Capital and Plant Maintenance. This person will provide leadership in cost analysis and financial reporting and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process.

What will you be working on?
* Lead the accounting and management reporting for sustaining capital and plant maintenance. Ensuring timely corporate submissions and strict adherence to capital policies and SOX controls, which will include participation in internal and external audits.
* Work as a member of the plant superintendent team. Provide leadership in cost analysis and financial reporting, which will include tracking capital cost and maintenance expense, cash forecasting, preparing SR & ED return, IRRs, variance analysis, KPI statistics, rolling forecast. Oversee capital and maintenance systems analysis.
* Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for sustaining capital and plant asset maintenance.
* Develop and coach employees in order to retain and expand organizational talent through focused attention and effort. Provide timely and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their work, roles and the business. Manage performance issues and work with employees on their career development plans.
* Special projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:What is required for this role?
* Bachelors Degree required, major in Accounting.
* Professional Accounting Designation - CA, CMA or CGA.
* 5+ years of finance or accounting experience.
