McDonalds Restaurant in Weyburn, SK is now hiring Full Time Second Assistant Manager to help manage, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations and maintain the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a quick service restaurant
Implement operational procedures
Balance cash and complete balance sheets
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Respond to customers complaints
Ensure health and safety regulations
Develop, implement and analyze budgets
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Train staff and conduct performance reviews
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Completion of High School
Previous Quick Service Restaurant Experience as Food Service Supervisor or Managerial level
