Description
This person will be our Production Wizard, quickly transforming cutting-edge new marketing ideas into reality. While mystical prowess isnt a mandatory requirement of the position, the ideal candidate will bring experience in graphic design, digital video production and editing, as well as animation skills and a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite are considered an asset to the position.
Qualifications
Diploma, certificate or undergraduate degree(s) in graphic communications, digital media, marketing;
2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, including graphic design, photography, and video production;
Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign, Adobe Flash and Lightroom);
Experience with 3D rendering (3D Max, VRay, etc);
Experience with HD video and SLR cameras is considered an asset;
Demonstrated digital marketing experience and attention to detail (portfolio of creative works);
Ability to create digital videos, produce graphic designs, create print marketing materials, and manipulate photos;
Creative and artistic mindset with an ability to take a creative concept to final production;
Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
Ability to work well independently and as a team member;
Time management and organization skills.
Responsibilities
Work alongside members of Innovative Residentials smart marketing and advertising team, aka the Smarkvertising Team.
Responsible for video content development from pre-production through post-production;
Develop print, web and video content for marketing materials;
Shooting and editing video clips and taking photos for the purposes of digital marketing efforts;
Managing multiple projects and competing timelines;
Participate in frequent, impromptu and fun brainstorming activities;
Contribute new sources of creative inspiration to the team;
