Our Regina, Saskatchewan based client is looking for a Change Manager for a 1.5 year extendable termed contract in Regina.
Our client is looking for a Change Management Branch is currently looking for a results oriented professional with proven skills and experience to provide leadership and direction to a team of analysts within the branch.
Project Duties of Resource:
This position would Report to the Director of Change Management. The Change Manager is responsible to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes in order to minimize the impact of change-related incidents upon service quality and improve the overall operations of the organization. This results in high quality systems, thus providing customers with quality products and services. This position is responsible for the efficient processing of all application and operational changes to the development, test and production environments.
Mandatory Requirements:
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes & best practices, specifically focused on Change Management and how the process aligns and interacts with other ITIL processes. ITIL Certifications are required.
IT applications & computing platforms, including desktop & server hardware & software, database, operating systems, storage & network.
Best practice framework approaches intended to facilitate the delivery of high quality information technology.
In depth knowledge of Change, Configuration and Release Management processes and methodologies
