The Grants Administration and Financial Management Branch of Government Relations has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a professional, energetic and self-directed individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to fill the position of Senior Program Engineer. You will be a part of the Grants Administration Unit where our priority is the development, implementation, management and evaluation of municipal funding programs available to Saskatchewan municipalities.
Reporting to the Director of Grants Administration, you will be responsible for providing analysis, development, communication, implementation and evaluation of municipal funding programming and policies. You will participate on federal-provincial-municipal working groups tasked with developing and assessing program and policy parameters and identifying the merits of each from a Saskatchewan perspective and advocate adoption of policies amenable to the Saskatchewan situation. You will work on legislation, cabinet submissions, briefings and correspondence.
