The Public Employees Benefits Agency is seeking an individual to support and assist Investment Services staff perform operational investment related activities for the plans administered by the Public Employees Benefits Agency. The Public Employees Benefits Agency administers roughly $7B of investments for fourteen pension and benefits plans.
This position will report to the Assistant Director, Investment Services and work with the Valuation Accountant and Investment Analysts to perform a number of investment related activities. Responsibilities will include data entry and/or verification pertaining to investment holdings, transactions, pricing, income and expenses. This position will work with the Valuation Accountant and the Investment Analyst in the preparation and review of daily valuations of over twenty investment funds and providing analysis as needed within that process, as well as periodic reconciliations and processing of payments.
The knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position are typically obtained through completion of a diploma in accounting or a related field.
