The Ministry of Central Services, Air Ambulance in Saskatoon, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide technical record /administrative support.
This position is responsible for creating, inputting and maintaining technical records and other related information for all aircraft and their components in accordance with Canadian Air Regulations, Transport Canada requirements and Saskatchewan Air Ambulance Services Maintenance Control Manual.
You will track all aircraft information, verify data, legal certification and maintenance schedules for all aircrafts in accordance to established policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of accurately processing invoices for payments, accurately referencing, applying and clearly explaining relevant and applicable policies and performing general office procedures such as data entry, filing and verification of spreadsheet details. Computer knowledge and experience with word processing and excel spreadsheets is essential. This includes skills such as proficiency typing, creating tables, formatting, modifying and proofing documents as well as uploading documents to websites. An aviation background and/or terminology knowledge would be an asset.
As a Technical Records Clerk/Administrative Assistant, the incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills as the duties include answering phones, and responding to inquiries clients, colleagues and the general public
