-Have a post-secondary degree and/or relevant experience
-Love advertising
-Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Are able to see other peoples' points of view and work with their feedback

-Love generating new ideas and concepts
-Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
-Are a bit off the wall and quirky

In this role, your duties will include:
-Brainstorming ad concepts on your own or with other members of the creative team
-Writing copy (short snappy headlines, radio and TV ads and long copy including websites and annual reports)
-Proof reading
-Selling your ideas to clients with rationale and presentations
-Casting and directing radio and television ads
-Working under pressure within tight timelines
-Having fun!
