Description
The Immigration Services Division, Ministry of the Economy, has an opportunity for a motivated and detailed orientated individual to provide information verification support to the Skilled Worker unit. In this fast paced environment, the Information Verification Clerk will be responsible for data entering immigrant applications under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). You will process highly confidential, sensitive and personal information from immigration applications used to determine if the application meets basic SINP program criteria for the Skilled Worker unit. This includes correspondence, reports and documents used to process applications and make case decisions.
You will utilize advanced features in a variety of computer software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook as well as have experience in data entry into custom databases. Your superior client service, attention to detail and organizational skills will maximize the productivity of the Skilled Worker unit. You will work in a team environment, where you may be asked to provide back-up to different administrative functions within the branch.
