The Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure, Corporate Support Branch is seeking an innovative, responsible and motivated individual to fill a Financial Analyst position in their Corporate Support Branch.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing expertise and guidance in the form of detailed analysis and comparisons for the delivery of the publicly announced rolling 5 year capital plan. This will consist of budgeting, project costing, forecasting and detailed project and program variance analysis in support of the Ministry strategic direction.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of financial principles and planning processes, and knowledge of the transportation sector including trends, issues, structure and composition.
Typically the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be gained and demonstrated through the completion of a business degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
