Description

Ministry of Highways & Infrastructure, Operations Division, is seeking a Trades Helper for the Moose Jaw bridge crew.  As part of the bridge crew you will operate, service and maintain heavy equipment.  You will be involved in maintenance and construction of bridges and perform the following tasks:  manual labour, heavy equipment operation, maintenance of related equipment, welding, carpentry, heavy lifting, and climbing.  Extensive travel is required as you will be away from headquarters up to periods of five to ten days.

To qualify for this position you will:
hold a class 1A license;
have the ability to weld; and
have experience in bridge maintenance and construction.
