Description
The Ministry of Justice, North Battleford Community Operations office is seeking a well organized, highly motivated, energetic individual to provide administrative support in a challenging and busy work environment. You will ensure office equipment is functional and properly. You will record and track staff sick leave, vacation leave and hours of work and assist staff with other Human Resource related issues, including dental and medical reimbursements. Your receptionist duties will include answering the phone and meeting and screening the public and offenders in order to direct to the appropriate persons. You will maintain client and topical file system. You will type legal documents and correspondence, handle mail and do other general office duties.
Typically, qualifications for this position would be attained through a diploma in Office Education or Office Administration, and/or related experience.
The hours of work per week will vary as this position will be providing cover off for our office manager and administrative support staff.
