The 'General Farm Labour' position is a start up role with Cadrain Farms and you will be Trained to Operate tractors, harvesters, combines, swather, sprayers and hand tools safely and will be required to perform minor adjustments on equipment such as tractors, swathers and combines well as proactively maintain equipment. General labour will include cleaning equipment and shop duties. You will be required to follow all safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment required for the job and to report any injury or unsafe conditions to the operations lead or farm manager. There will be some manual labour work and you will be asked to
load and unload supplies from trucks and do shop work including truck and trailer wash, tire maintenance and repair as well asssist in the machine and welding shop as necessary to complete all tasks.
