GENERAL MANAGER
FFun Motor Sports (formerly Custom Cycle and Marine) is a new Division of the FFun Motor Group. We are now inviting applications for the position of General Manager. FFun Motor Sports has been part of the FFun Group since April 2012 and is the authorized dealer for Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP) including Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Can-Am, plus BMW, Triumph, Kawasaki, Ducati and Suzuki. With this scope of produce diversity we are busy all year around and are experiencing huge customer acceptance and activity. Operating out of two locations on Faithful Avenue, FFun Motor Sports has only just scratched the surface of its potential.
The Manager we seek is a progressive and enlightened leader with superior management skills. He/She is a leader and team builder (coach, mentor, example), has exemplary personal habits and disciplines, has in-depth understanding of the Retail Sales Industry and retail business with strong financial skills to set, manage and achieve budgets, and who is in harmony with our corporate core values. Preference will be given to applicants with proven success in automotive or motor sports sales. The successful candidate will be able to take this store to the next level and beyond with exceptional management and team building skills, financial savvy, high energy and enthusiasm, a passion for over-achieving and excellence and the ability and reputation to attract the best industry talent around.We want to grow from a "good company into a great company" and we need a leader who can champion this vision. You will be responsible for the performance and profitability of the entire store - and be rewarded accordingly.
