Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership with increasingly progressive responsibilities in a complex, multi-location environment and a solid understanding of current health services industry issues. The candidate will possess an undergraduate degree and an accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA) or have an MBA in Finance, exceptional management and conceptual skills, strong communication sklls, a broad business focus, and a strong customer service orientation.
Experience:
Reporting to the President/CEO, the Vice President Corporate & Finance is responsible for controlling the finances of the Region. The position is also responsible for the management of support services departments including Finance, Information Systems, Material Management, Physical Plant and Maintenance, Nutrition Services, Analytical Services, Strategic Planning, Laundry & Environmental Services. The Vice President manages a budget of $22 million and 300 staff (union and non union) including seven Regional Directors.
