The Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission requires an organized and energetic client services representative. The Commission's mandate is to provide a relevant, accessible and responsive apprenticeship training and certification system to meet employers' and employees' needs and priorities.
You will be responsible for preparing paperwork to order supplies, receive goods and code invoices and travel expenses for payment. You will enter data, produce reports, maintain and update records for apprentices and trades people using varying software applications including an on-line database system. Speed, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You will also prepare, sort and distribute incoming mail and be responsible for large volumes of filing on a daily basis. You will provide assistance to clients in the completion of forms, assessing fees, issuing receipts and completing cash mail reports by applying The Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Act and Regulations, policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have strong computer skills in spreadsheets, databases and word processing and be able to input, edit, update and format information with speed and accuracy. Your strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to perform complex mathematical calculations will ensure success in the position.
