Description
LLRIB - Stanley Mission Health Services Inc. requires a Full Time NURSE MANAGER. The Nursing Manager will be a supervisor to nursing staff; this position is involved in the development, management and evaluation of a comprehensive public health, Home care and Primary care nursing program. This person, will co-ordinate the nursing programs, direct and advise the nursing and support staff. This person will also assist in assessing, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating all health programs and professional training needs of nursing and support staff. The successful applicant will report to the Health Director and will possess the following skills and qualifications:
Qualifications:
-Current Registration with SRNA;
-BSCN or equivalent, not necessary, but would be an asset;
-Nursing experience in a variety of settings and roles;
-Must be able to work independently, be self-directed, demonstrate organizational skills and work as a team member;
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
-Should have some knowledge of advanced practice roles;
-Valid Driver's License;
-Own Vehicle would be considered an Asset.
