Brandt Equipment Solutions Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of heavy duty equipment attachments and customized guarding packages. Brandt is currently seeking a Robotic Welding Operator for its facility located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Candidates require a minimum of 3 years practical experience.
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:
-Operate a robotic welder; having assistance form the Programmer.
-Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment using; gas metal arc; flux-cored arc; plasma arc; shielded metal arc; oxy-acetylene?Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications,Operate manual or semi-automatic flame cutting equipment
-Adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications?Work under minimum amount of supervision
-Work in a team environment
-Inspect quality and procedures on an ongoing basis
The qualified candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work individually as well as part of a team.The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years manual welding experience on heavy steel. Experience with a Fanuc Robotic Welder would be considered an asset but is not required.
