The Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan (TSASK) is responsible for the delivery of safety, inspection and licensing programs, and ensuring the safe operation of boiler and pressure vessels, elevators and amusement rides in Saskatchewan.
Our Business Administrative Services Branch is seeking a responsible, well-organized, motivated individual with a proven record of effective client relations who functions effectively in a high-volume work environment to perform varied and complex duties. The successful candidate will be in daily contact with the public, trades people, and officials from other government departments and will be part of a team that interacts effectively with clients both in-person and on the telephone.
Responsibilities will include: interpreting and explaining the licensing requirements and procedures as they relate to relevant acts and regulations, maintaining accurate and up to date records, composing and preparing correspondence, receiving and recording cash, issuing receipts and other responsibilities as required to maintain efficient operation of the office.
You will have the knowledge of:
applicable government regulations, acts, legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines;
computer hardware and software applications such as: word processing, spreadsheet software and database management; and
office and administrative processes and equipment.
