Your qualities:
You have superior personal selling and customer service skills and a passion for electronics and technology. You are an energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves working with people and has clear and effective verbal communication skills. You not only work well, you thrive, as part of a team. You have a minimum of six months to one year of previous experience in a retail environment.
Position responsibilities:
Our Sales Associate is responsible to the Store Manager for providing exemplary customer service and personal sales at the retail level. Other duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store will be assigned by the Manager and other senior staff from time to time.
A Sales Associate is expected to maximize their personal sales, achieving or exceeding assigned quotas. They also ensure that all transactions are carried out in a professional manner and comply with published company policies. These associates assist in unloading, unpacking and pricing of incoming shipments and report any discrepancies to the Store Manager. They must attend all training and attain the level of knowledge and expertise expected of all our Sales Associates.
