Description
Schulte Industries is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team on a temporary one year term. The open position is within our Warranty and Repair department as an Administrative Assistant.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
-Check on-line site daily for Warranty Registrations and Claims
-Review warranty claims as received; complete credit memos and send denied claim letters
-Track inventory transfers
-Communicate with warehouse and parts departments about inventory as required
-fill out Repair Shop Work Orders
-Review and correct department hours; approve employee time upon request from payroll
-Ensure sales orders are printed when inventory is sold out of yard
-Enter all orders and changes on production lists spreadsheet
-Ensure machines are competed when Trucking Orders are received
-Assist warehouse with price updates, receiving purchase orders, filing and admin duties as time permits

Qualifications
-Certificate or Diploma in Office/Business Administration or a combination of education and experience
-Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
-Highly organized and strong attention to detail
-Self motivated and confident
-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
-Experience with JD Edwards would be considered an asset
-Ability to work with others in a team environment
